Hey! I'm Tara, owner of Beaver Vineyards.
I started farming alongside my dad in 2015 where we grew mainly corn and alfalfa. In 2018 I found my own path in farming and Beaver Vineyards was born. I planted 50 acres of Sauvignon Blanc in April of 2018. Since then I've gotten married, had a baby, and my dad has stopped farming to solely focus on his land leveling operation. My channel is centered around my daily life on the farm, as well as promoting the diversity and scale of California agriculture. My goal is to give you an inside look at what goes into producing our world’s food supply and why it’s so important to know where your food comes from!
